Kaairo builds AI-scored hiring and employee-development assessments. Instead of screening resumes, our customers put candidates through structured simulations of the actual job. We are an early-stage team in India, and this role sits remotely.

About the role

For two months, full time, you run Kaairo's outbound sales engine and automate it as you go. This is a real seat with a pipeline and a target, not a shadowing exercise. You report to the co-founders daily.

Half the work is sales operations: find the accounts worth talking to, build and clean the prospect lists, write outreach a stranger actually replies to, run the follow-up cadence, and book demos worth the co-founders' time. The other half is making that engine faster every week with AI: lead enrichment, personalization at scale, list verification, follow-up sequencing, and the weekly reporting that shows what is working.

What you'll do

  • Build and extend the buyer pipeline: account research, list building, list hygiene, tracker discipline
  • Write and send personalized cold outreach on LinkedIn and email, then own the follow-up cadence
  • Book qualified demos, and prepare the briefing notes the co-founders walk into each call with
  • Build AI automations around the engine: enrichment, personalization, verification, sequencing, reporting
  • Report the numbers every week, including the ones that look bad

Who you are

  • You can write. A cold message from you reads like a person, not a template.
  • You direct AI, you don't just chat with it. You have used Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to produce something that actually shipped.
  • You prioritize when everything looks urgent, and you ask before you assume.
  • You close loops. Follow-ups do not go missing.
  • Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome. No prior sales experience is required.

What you'll get

  • INR 15,000 per month, plus a monthly performance incentive and a share of the deals you help close
