What counts as an assessment?
An assessment is a single candidate or employee completing a full evaluation — whether it contains one test or multiple tests (MCQ + SJT + Case Study). One assessment = one person evaluated, regardless of how many tests are in it.
What are voice AI credits?
Voice AI credits power Kaaira — our real-time AI voice engine. Each AI Voice Interview (hiring) or AI Trainer practice session (L&D) consumes one credit. Every plan includes a monthly allocation of credits, and you can purchase add-on packs if you need more.
How do I get more assessments or voice credits?
For both assessments and voice AI credits, you can purchase add-on packs at any time without changing your plan. Credits from add-on packs do not expire. Alternatively, upgrade your tier for a larger monthly allocation plus additional features.
What happens if I hit my assessment or credit limit?
You'll be notified as you approach your monthly cap. For both assessments and voice AI credits, you can purchase an add-on pack instantly to continue without upgrading. Unused credits from add-on packs do not expire.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to any higher tier at any time. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll receive the new limits immediately and pay the prorated difference.
What's the difference between Enterprise and Enterprise+?
Enterprise has generous fixed limits (500 assessments, 120 voice credits) and includes a dedicated account manager, SLA, and a dedicated data environment. Enterprise+ is fully customisable — custom assessment volumes, voice credit allocations, SSO/SAML, API access, data residency, and dedicated infrastructure. Contact us for a tailored quotation.
