No. Sign up with just an email, complete the 4-step setup wizard (name, role, team size, phone), and you're in. We'll only ask for payment details when you're ready to activate a paid plan.

When your trial ends, your organisation enters a 60-day read-only window. You'll still be able to sign in, view all your existing assessments, candidate results, and reports — but you won't be able to create new assessments or invite new candidates until you activate a paid plan. After 60 days of inactivity, the org is archived (data preserved). You can reactivate any time from the Billing page.

Yes, you can cancel from your Billing page at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. After that, your organisation enters a 60-day read-only window where you can still sign in, view all your data, export reports, and reactivate. Your data is preserved indefinitely after that as an archived organisation; we never delete customer data without an explicit request.

Absolutely. You own your data. Email us at hello@kaairo.ai and we'll provide a full export of your assessments, candidate results, scores, and reports within 5 business days at no charge. You can request this anytime — during your trial, while subscribed, or after cancelling.

For both assessments and voice AI credits, you can purchase add-on packs at any time without changing your plan. Credits from add-on packs do not expire. Alternatively, upgrade your tier for a larger monthly allocation plus additional features.

Choose annual billing and you pay roughly 10 months for 12 months of service — about 20% off the monthly rate. The full annual amount is charged upfront, and you can still upgrade or downgrade at any point during the year (we prorate the difference).

Prices on this page are exclusive of GST and other local taxes. Indian customers will see 18% GST added at checkout (SAC 998314 — Software as a Service). EU/UK customers see VAT, US customers see applicable sales tax. The full tax breakout is shown on every invoice for input tax credit.

Absolutely. You can upgrade to any higher tier at any time. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll receive the new limits immediately and pay the prorated difference.
