The material is real, but delivery is a forwarded PDF and a signature sheet. When a client audit, a licence renewal, or an incident review asks “who was trained on this, and when?”, there is nothing to show.

What documents can I build training from?
PDFs (including scanned documents), Word files (DOCX), and PowerPoint decks (PPTX). The AI extracts the text and figures and builds chapters, interactive lessons, and quizzes from your actual material. Per-file limits apply — roughly a hundred dense pages per document — and if a file is too large to cover fully, the platform tells you rather than silently skipping content.
What does the certificate actually certify?
Completion. The certificate states that the employee completed the programme — every chapter finished, each chapter quiz passed to progress — with your organisation's branding and the completion date. If you need a formal competence standard with a pass bar, expiry, and a compliance roster, that is our L&D assessment certification, which is a separate capability on higher plans.
Can employees retake chapter quizzes?
Yes, without limits. The quizzes exist to make people engage with the material until they know it — repetition is how people learn — and a chapter only unlocks the next one once its quiz is passed.
Which languages are supported?
Programmes are authored in English and can be offered to learners in Indian languages, in native or Roman script and a formal or colloquial register, with English remaining the canonical source for anything that is graded.
